Kennetra joined LEADER Worldwide Chauffeur Services in October 2019, bringing over 20 years of broadcast journalism experience. She worked in Texas and Virginia before relocating to Kansas City to share her skills. As a storyteller, Kennetra uses her journalism background to promote a collaborative culture at LEADER.

25 years ago, with a borrowed car and a cell phone, LEADER Chauffeured Services was born.
My passion for hospitality was ignited 4 years earlier while working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey, California, and later honed as a chauffeur serving Hollywood’s elite at CLS-Los Angeles. Delivering these 5 Star experiences inspired me to create the ultimate luxury service in my hometown of Kansas City. 13 years ago, Signature Aviation asked us to relocate to their FBO at MKC-Wheeler Airport to better serve their clients and ultimately yours.
In 2017, my wife Tamiko left her 20 year career in sports television to join LEADER full-time as President. She leads an amazing team of employee chauffeurs, dispatchers, CSRs and managers with a strong, loving spirit.
We love giving back! Along with educating thousands of operators at the CD/NLA Shows, I developed best practices for chauffeurs in PAX Training, the Official Chauffeur Training program of the National Limousine Association.
