Kansas City native, Bruce Heinrich has always had a desire to travel and experience the various cultures around the world. This passion led him to Hawaii, where he graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Chaminade University. Additionally, Bruce had a 12-year modeling career that exposed him to the rich cultures of Europe and Asia..
Seeking his true purpose, Bruce sought a new, more meaningful start, working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Ray. There, he discovered the joy of serving others transformed his world view. He went on to work at Los Angeles’ most prestigious limousine company.

In 2000, Bruce returned to Kansas City, driven by his faith, passion to serve, and a new mission. With a dream, one car, and a cell phone, LEADER Limo was established.
He opened a storefront office at Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza, leading to LEADER’s global expansion. LEADER Worldwide’s headquarters are at Signature Flight Support, Kansas City’s Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. LEADER Worldwide has twice earned “America’s Best” recognition as National Operator of the Year, the industry’s top award.
As the PAX innovator, Bruce leads customer service training seminars at the annual International Limousine Show in Las Vegas.

Their passion for service extends into the community and the world. Bruce and LEADER provide in-kind service to a wide variety of nonprofits and charities through out the year.
Tamiko is responsible for operations oversight at LEADER Worldwide. She brings 20 years of media production expertise to her management role at LEADER. The organizational skills developed in her former profession, provide invaluable know-how acumen. Tamiko thrives on multi-tasking, high adrenaline-fueled situations. She believes that a can-do attitude is essential in solving logistical challenges.
Tamiko is a devoted wife to Bruce and a mother to their beautiful son. Outside of LEADER, she enjoys traveling, exploring lighthouses, and attending live sporting events. Also, Tamiko also loves live music and experiencing the country’s diverse food scene.
Kennetra Pulliams joined LEADER Worldwide Chauffeur Services in October 2019, bringing over 20 years of broadcast journalism experience. She worked in Texas and Virginia before relocating to Kansas City to share her skills. As a storyteller, Kennetra uses her journalism background to promote a collaborative culture at LEADER.
Throughout her career, Kennetra has met and reported on notable figures like Lamar Hunt, Nelson Mandela, and Serena Williams. Her natural curiosity drives her belief that everyone deserves to be treated as the MVP. This philosophy aligns with LEADER’s commitment to exceptional client service and strong relationships.
At LEADER Worldwide Chauffeur Services, Kennetra values her colleagues’ dedication to maintaining a gold standard in client service. Outside work, she is a passionate sports fan and dreamed of being a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Kennetra is also a cupcake connoisseur who loves indulging in sweet treats whenever possible!
Jonny is the Marketing Director at LEADER Worldwide Chauffeured Services. He brings creativity and a strategic mindset to every project. With a diverse background in marketing, IT, and creative direction, Jonny loves finding smart solutions. He focuses on helping LEADER stand out and enhancing the client experience.
Jonny has built a reputation for hard work, integrity, and innovation across various industries. He welcomes new challenges and values strong relationships for successful business.
When not driving marketing success, Jonny enjoys spending time with his wife. They love cruising, walking, listening to loud music, and dancing together. He plays pedal steel in his band, Use Your Atlas, and plays barbies with his daughter. He also enjoys wrestling with their golden doodle, Muppet.
Fun fact: Jonny drove as a Chauffeur for LEADER from 2011 to 2012!
Tara is the Dispatch Manager at LEADER Worldwide Chauffeur Services. She ensures Kansas City’s top clients travel smoothly from point A to point B. After years in sales, she switched to dispatch and loves the fast pace. For Tara, each day feels like piecing together a new puzzle. She finds satisfaction in ensuring everything fits perfectly.
What makes Tara great at her job? She is detail-oriented, flexible, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. Tara believes success in dispatch requires patience, creativity, and strong communication. She applies these qualities at work and in her personal life. Tara enjoys organizing trips and events for family and friends.
Outside of work, Tara knows how to have fun. You might find her singing SWV’s “Weak” at karaoke or watching Seinfeld. She loves visiting Kansas City favorites like Eddie V’s and Classic Blends. Tara brings energy and joy to her personal life, just as she does at work. She is a vital part of the LEADER team.
Meet Mark, the Chauffeur Manager at LEADER Worldwide. With a background that began in bartending and flourished in the restaurant and hotel industries, Mark found his true passion in transportation. He’s all about equipping his chauffeurs with top-notch training, emphasizing PAX certification and continuous learning to ensure safety and comfort on every trip. Mark believes that constant communication is key, setting his team up for success and celebrating their achievements when they receive glowing five-star reviews.
Outside of work, Mark loves to explore Kansas City’s local brew pubs and wineries with his wife, always in search of the best Thai food. If there were a “Chauffeur Olympics,” he’d crush events like luggage packing and client conversation! Mark’s positive energy makes him a standout leader at LEADER Worldwide which directly impacts the LEADER team of chauffeurs.

Jeff brings a blend of military precision and a deep love for all things automotive to his role as Fleet and Safety Manager at LEADER Worldwide. After serving as a Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army, Jeff found his way into the Black Car industry, and we’re lucky he did. His attention to detail and commitment to safety have been instrumental in maintaining our top-tier fleet, and we couldn’t be prouder of his work. Jeff’s efforts ensure every LEADER vehicle stays in pristine condition, delivering the high level of service our clients expect.
An unapologetic car enthusiast, Jeff’s favorite ride in our fleet is the 2024 Mercedes Sprinter Executive, but he’s also got his dream lineup of classic and modern cars he’d love to park in his ultimate garage. Beyond his love of cars, Jeff’s also a Kansas City food lover, with the Fish Market in Liberty being his top choice.
